Consumer Description

CAR STARTED ROLLING FORWARD AFTER ENGINE WAS STARTED IN PARKING LOT, EVEN THOUGH GEAR SHIFT WAS IN "PARK", EMERGENCY BRAKE WAS ENGAGED, AND FOOT BRAKE WAS BEING PRESSED. STEERING WAS UNRESPONSIVE. AFTER ENGINE WAS STOPPED AND RESTARTED (WITHOUT HAVING TO PRESS THE FOOT BRAKE AS ONE USUALLY DOES), CAR SEEMED TO OPERATE NORMALLY. DEALER SUBSEQUENTLY REPLACED POWER STEERING ASSEMBLY, BUT COULD NOT DUPLICATE FORWARD ROLLING EVENT..
