Consumer Description

TAKATA RECALL I AM HAVING DIFFICULTY WITH THE RECALL PROCESS, PRIMARILY RECEIVING A RETURN CALL FROM DEALERSHIP AFTER CALLING ON FOUR DIFFERENT OCCASIONS; AND RECEIVING ALTERNATE TRANSPORTATION OPTION BECAUSE "ALL 35 LOANER CARS HAD BEEN ALREADY GIVEN OUT". I DO NOT WANT TO DRIVE THIS VEHICLE DUE TO THE SERIOUS NATURE OF THE RECALLS, HOWEVER I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO RECTIFY THIS SITUATION WITH LOCAL DEALERSHIPS. PLEASE HELP.
