Consumer Description

WENT TO OPEN MY DOOR TO GET OUT OF THE CAR & OUT OF NOWHERE THE INSIDE DRIVERS DOOR HANDLE WOULD NOT WORK AT ALL. IT WAS FINE NOT 20 MINS BEFORE. TO GET OUT OF MY CAR I HAVE TO PUT MY WINDOW DOWN & REACH OUTSIDE & OPEN IT WITH THE OUTSIDE DOOR HANDLE. IT'S A REAL PAIN IN THE A$$ ESPECIALLY WHEN IT RAINS. I'VE READ THAT MANY FUSIONS ARE HAVING THE SAME EXACT ISSUE AND FORD DID DO A RECALL BUT MY YEAR MODEL (2012) HASN'T BEEN INCLUDED YET. I'M HOPING THEY EXPAND IT SOON BECAUSE CLEARLY FROM MY EXPERIENCE & THAT OF MANY OTHERS THE 2012 IS CLEARLY AFFECTED.
