Consumer Description

THE PASSENGER SIDE OF THE VEHICLE BLOWS COLD AIR WHILE THE HEAT IS ON. THE DRIVER SIDE BLOWS LUKE WARM AIR, THUS INEFFECTIVELY HEATING THE VEHICLE. I HAVE BEEN TOLD THIS IS A KNOWN PROBLEM WITH THIS MODEL AND IS A DEFECTIVE HEATER CORE SYSTEM. THE ESTIMATED COST TO FIX IS $900-$1200. LIVING IN MICHIGAN, AND NOT HAVING HEAT DURING THE WINTER IS A MAJOR CONCERN FOR SAFETY.
