Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 CADILLAC SRX. WHILE DRIVING VARIOUS SPEEDS, THE LIGHTS WERE TOO DIM ESPECIALLY AT NIGHT. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO A LOCAL DEALER (LAFFEN AUTOMOTIVE, 995 W. COLUMBIA AVENUE, BATTLE CREEK, MI 49015) AND ADVISED THE CONTACT NOT TO MAKE ANY CHANGES TO THE VEHICLE DUE TO THE WARRANTY. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE AND A COMPLAINT WAS FILED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 15,000. *BF CONSUMER STATED CADILLAC AUTHORIZED SUNSET CADILLAC DEALERSHIP TO REPLACE THE HEADLIGHTS AT NO CHARGE. THERE IS A SIGNICANT IMPROVEMENT IN THE HEADLIGHTS. UPDATED 7/27/18*JB
