POWER STEERING TENSIONER BOLT BROKE CAUSING BELT TO COME OFF AND POWER STEERING TO FAIL. NOTE: THIS WAS A PART ALREADY REPLACED ON RECALL 25000 MILES PREVIOUSLY. VEHICLE WAS IN MOTION.
