TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 DODGE JOURNEY. WHILE THE VEHICLE WAS PARKED IN THE DRIVEWAY, THE PASSENGER SIDE HEADREST AIR BAG INADVERTENTLY DEPLOYED WITHOUT WARNING OR IMPACT. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER (SUNLAND PARK DODGE CHRYSLER JEEP RAM, 950 CROCKETT ST, EL PASO, TX 79922) AND STATED THAT THE CONTACT WOULD HAVE TO PAY FOR THE VEHICLE TO BE DIAGNOSED AND REPAIRED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT CONTACTED. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 64,000.
