TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2012 TOYOTA VENZA. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHEN IT RAINED, WATER WOULD ACCUMULATE ON THE DRIVER'S SIDE FLOOR INSIDE THE VEHICLE. THE LOCAL DEALER WAS NOT CONTACTED AND THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE ISSUE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 104,272.
