Consumer Description
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2006 FORD F-150. WHILE DRIVING VARIOUS SPEEDS OR WHEN THE VEHICLE WAS STARTED, THE REDUCED POWER ENGINE WARNING INDICATOR ILLUMINATED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER (MULLINAX FORD OF CENTRAL FLORIDA, 1551 E SEMORAN BLVD, APOPKA, FL 32703) WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE COOLANT PIPE NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS CONTACTED AT 800-392-3673 AND STATED THAT THE CONTACT NEEDED TO CALL NHTSA. A CASE NUMBER WAS NOT PROVIDED. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 134,600.
