Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2015 CHEVROLET TAHOE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WATER ENTERED THE VEHICLE THROUGH THE ROOF OF THE VEHICLE, AND VARIOUS ELECTRICAL COMPONENTS MALFUNCTIONED AFTER INCLEMENT WEATHER. THE FAILURES OCCURRED WITHOUT WARNING. RICHARD KAY SUPERSTORE (1935 PEARMAN DAILY RD, ANDERSON, SC) DIAGNOSED THAT THE ANTENNA ASSEMBLY AND HOUSING WERE DEFECTIVE AND NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED AND REFERRED THE CONTACT TO NHTSA. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 36,611.
