Consumer Description
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2017 NISSAN VERSA NOTE. WHILE AT A STOP, THE DRIVER MADE A TURN, FAILED TO YIELD TO AN ONCOMING VEHICLE, AND CRASHED INTO THE OTHER VEHICLE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE PASSENGER SIDE AIR BAG DID NOT DEPLOY. A POLICE REPORT WAS FILED. THE DRIVER SUSTAINED INJURIES THAT REQUIRED MEDICAL ATTENTION. THE VEHICLE WAS DAMAGED AND WAS TOWED TO A POLICE IMPOUND. THE DEALER WAS NOT CONTACTED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS ARROXIMATELY 11,000.
