TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2016 CHEVROLET SILVERADO 1500. WHILE OPERATING ON AN INCLINE, THE BRAKE PEDAL WAS DEPRESSED BUT FAILED TO RESPOND. THE FAILURE OCCURRED WITHOUT WARNING. KENNY ROSS CHEVROLET BUICK GMC (LOCATED AT 11250 US-30, NORTH HUNTINGTON, PA) WAS CONTACTED AND UPDATED THE SOFTWARE AND TRANSMISSION. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 18,025.
