Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2006 HONDA CR-V. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE LOW BEAM HEADLIGHTS WERE TURNED ON BUT THEY FAILED TO RESPOND. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC WHERE THE BULBS WERE REPLACED. THE LOCAL DEALER WAS NOT CONTACTED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE BUT DID NOT OFFER ANY FURTHER ASSISTANCE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 80,000.
