Consumer Description

AIR BAG SENSOR AND COMPUTER SYSTEM MALFUNCTION THE DRIVER SIDE SENSOR AT TIMES MALFUNCTION AND SO THE SOFTWARE DISABLE THE AIR BAG SYSTEM AS A WHOLE. THE SERVICE AIR BAG MESSAGE COMES ON FOR FEW MINUTES AND THEN DISAPPEARS ASSUMING EVERYTHING IS OK. TOOK IT TO THE DEALER AND THEY INFORMED ME THAT I NEED TO CHANGE WHOLE AIRBAG SENSOR KIT AND WOULD COST ME MORE THAN 1300 DOLLARS. THIS SHOULD BE A RECALL AS THIS RELATES TO SAFETY
