Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 CADILLAC ESCALADE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE VEHICLE WOULD NOT START, THE ELECTRICAL SYSTEM WAS NOT WORKING, AND THE AIR BAG INDICATOR ILLUMINATED. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO A LOCAL DEALER (MARK CHRISTOPHER AUTO CENTER, LOCATED AT EAST CONVENTION CENTER WAY, ONTARIO, CA 91764, 909-390-2920) WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE ELECTRICAL SYSTEM NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED, BUT THE FAILURE PERSISTED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE VIN WAS UNKNOWN. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 78,000.
