MANUFACTURER HAS EXCEEDED A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME FOR RECALL REPAIR. NTHSA RECALL 16V-244 FOR NISSAN LEAF 2015 RECALL WAS ISSUED OVER A YEAR AGO. MANUFACTURER HAS NOT ISSUED PARTS FOR REPAIR.
