Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2011 BUICK ENCLAVE. WHILE DRIVING 25 MPH, THE TRACTION CONTROL OFF WARNING INDICATOR ILLUMINATED AND THE VEHICLE STALLED. THE CONTACT WAS UNABLE TO RESTART THE VEHICLE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE FAILURE RECURRED ONCE. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO GEORGE GEE BUICK GMC (LOCATED AT 21502 E GEORGE GEE AVE, LIBERTY LAKE, WA 99019, (509) 927-1000) WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE ALTERNATOR FAILED AND NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS CONTACTED AND MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 85,000.
