Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2010 SUBARU LEGACY. WHILE DRIVING 65 MPH, THE VEHICLE MADE A LOUD GRINDING NOISE WHILE ATTEMPTING TO DOWNSHIFT AS WELL AS UPSHIFT GEARS. THE CONTACT TRIED TO REVERSE THE VEHICLE, BUT IT CONTINUED TO MAKE A GRINDING NOISE. LOU FUSZ SUBARU OF ST PETERS, MISSOURI WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE AND STATED THAT THE VEHICLE NEEDED A NEW TRANSMISSION. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE ISSUE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 89,700.
