Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 CHRYSLER 300. WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 10 MPH, THE BATTERY SAVER MODE WARNING INDICATOR ILLUMINATED. IN ADDITION, THERE WAS AN ABNORMAL ODOR COMING FROM UNDER THE HOOD. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. AN UNKNOWN DEALER WAS CONTACTED AND AN APPOINTMENT WAS SCHEDULED FOR DIAGNOSTIC TESTING. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE, BUT DID NOT OFFER ANY ASSISTANCE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 52,000.
