TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2012 DODGE CHARGER. WHILE DRIVING 35 MPH, THE STEERING BECAME UNSTABLE AND THE ABS, BRAKE, ENGINE, AND ESC WARNING INDICATORS ILLUMINATED. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO EFIRD CHRYSLER JEEP DODGE (LOCATED AT 1711 W LUCAS ST FLORENCE, SC 29501) WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE ELECTRICAL AND POWER STEERING NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE AND DID NOT ASSIST. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 95,340...UPDATED10/04/17 *BF THE CONSUMER STATED THE VEHICLE WOULD OVER HEAT, SMOKED, AND THE AIR BLOWS EXTREMEMLY WARM. WATER POURS FROM UNDER THE VEHICLE.
