Consumer Description

POSSIBLE TAKATA INFLATORS: CAR IN MOTION HIT A LARGE, UNEXPECTED, RECENTLY FALLEN TREE LIMB ON A PUBLIC STREET AND ROLLED OVER IT. THE FRONT BUMPER COMPLETELY REMOVED AND THE SIDE AIRBAG WENT OFF. HOWEVER, THE FRONT AIRBAG DID NOT DEPLOY CAUSING A VISUAL (CT SCAN) CRACK IN THE DRIVER'S STERNUM. PLEASE NOTE MY NAME IS [XXX] AND I AM WRITING THIS ON BEHALF OF MY MOTHER.
