TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 KIA OPTIMA. THE CONTACTED HEARD AN ABNORMAL RATTLING AND KNOCKING NOISE WHILE DRIVING 20 MPH. THE VEHICLE STALLED AND THE CHECK ENGINE INDICATOR ILLUMINATED. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO A LOCAL DEALER (KIA CAVENAUGH LOCATED AT 3315 STADIUM BLVD JONESBORO, AR 72404), BUT WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE VIN WAS UNKNOWN. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 106,000.
