Consumer Description

EVERY TIME THAT I FILL UP, THE GAS COMES OUT OF THE TANK. I WAS TOLD THAT THIS IS A KNOW ISSUES AND IT IS A PART INSIDE THE GAS TANK AND THE ENTIRE TANK WOULD NEED TO BE REPLACED. I HAVE RESEARCHED ONLINE AND IT LOOK THE PIECE IN QUESTION OF THE MALFUNCTION STOPS THE GAS FROM IGNITING IN A ROLL OVER. HOW IS THIS NOT BEEN RECALLED?
