TL* TAKATA RECALL. THE CONTACT OWNS A 2004 DODGE RAM 1500. THE CONTACT RECEIVED NOTIFICATION OF NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 16V352000 (AIR BAGS) HOWEVER, THE PARTS TO DO THE REPAIR WERE UNAVAILABLE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE MANUFACTURER EXCEEDED A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME FOR THE RECALL REPAIR. THE CONTACT CALLED GENE'S CHRYSLER DODGE JEEP RAM LOCATED AT 3400 S CUSHMAN ST, FAIRBANKS, AK 99701 AT PHONE NUMBER (907) 452-7117 WHERE IT WAS CONFIRMED THAT THE PARTS WERE NOT AVAILABLE FOR THE RECALL REMEDY. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE ISSUE AND STATED THAT THEY WOULD CONTACT THE DEALER FOR SCHEDULING. THE CONTACT HAD NOT EXPERIENCED A FAILURE. (PARTS DISTRIBUTION DISCONNECT).
