Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 RAM 1500. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE CHECK ENGINE WARNING INDICATOR ILLUMINATED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO NW HILLS CHRYSLER WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE EMISSION HOSE ABOVE THE FUEL TANK WAS DAMAGED DUE TO A MOUSE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 11,200.
