TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2006 CADILLAC DTS. WHILE OPERATING THE VEHICLE, THE ODOR OF BURNING OIL WAS PRESENT. WHILE PARKED, THE CONTACT NOTICED OIL LEAKING UNDER THE ENGINE COMPARTMENT. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER (BUD DAVIS CADILLAC LOCATED IN MEMPHIS, TENNESSEE) WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE ENGINE GASKETS AND SEALS WERE FAULTY AND NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED. THE VIN WAS NOT AVAILABLE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 75,000.
