TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2011 BUICK REGAL. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE VEHICLE'S SHIFTER WAS NOT FUNCTIONAL. THE FAILURE OCCURRED WITHOUT WARNING. THE VEHICLE'S WAS TOWED TO A LOCAL BUICK DEALER WHERE THE FAILURE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF FAILURE AND OPENED A CASE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 48,000.
