WIPERS AND RADIO STOP WORKING WHILE CAR IS MOVING. SOMETIMES THEY DO YOU NEVER KNOW WHEN THEIR NOT GOING TO WORK.ESPECIALLY DURING A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM.
