TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2005 FORD F-150. WHILE DRIVING 40 MPH, THE TWO FRONT WHEELS ON THE VEHICLE SEIZED WITHOUT WARNING. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE FAILURE OCCURRED ON AT LEAST EIGHT OCCASIONS. THE DEALER WAS NOT CONTACTED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE ISSUE AND PROVIDED CASE NUMBER: CAS12702472. IN ADDITION, THE CONTACT CITED NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 08V208000 (SERVICE BRAKES, HYDRAULIC) AS A POSSIBLE CAUSE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 230,000.
