Consumer Description
RE S61/NHTSA 16V-668 I HAD THIS CONDITION AND PAID TO HAVE IT REPAIRED. CHRYSLER (FCA) HAS BEEN TELLING ME FOR ALMOST A YEAR THAT THEY WILL REIMBURSE ME FOR THE REPAIR AS SOON AS THEY DETERMINE THE NEEDED PART. THEY STATE THAT THEY STILL DON'T HAVE AN IDENTIFIED REPAIR SO I HAVE TO KEEP WAITING FOR MY REFUND. THAT IS NOT TIMELY RESOLUTION.
