TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2012 FORD FOCUS. WHILE ACCELERATING, THE VEHICLE SHOOK WITHOUT WARNING AND THE MALFUNCTION WARNING INDICATOR ILLUMINATED. THE DEALER WAS NOT NOTIFIED. THE CONTACT MENTIONED THAT HE HAD THE CLUTCH REPAIRED PER AN UNKNOWN RECALL A YEAR AGO, BUT THE FAILURE RECURRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 65,000. *JS
