TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2002 HONDA ACCORD. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE HAVING THE VEHICLE INSPECTED, HE WAS INFORMED BY THE INSPECTOR THAT THE PASSENGER SIDE SUB-FRAME WAS RUSTED AND NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE CONTACT DID NOT NOTIFY A DEALER. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 137,000.
