TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2011 GMC TERRAIN. WHILE DRIVING 50 MPH, THE VEHICLE JERKED WITHOUT WARNING. UPON STARTING THE VEHICLE, THE SERVICE TRANSMISSION WARNING INDICATOR ILLUMINATED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT TAKEN TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC OR DEALER FOR DIAGNOSTIC TESTING OR REPAIR. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 50,000.
