REAR FRAME OF TRUCK HAS RUSTED SO MUCH THAT SPARE TIRE FELL OFF WHILE DRIVING, AND HAS A HOLE NEAR REAR DRIVER'S SIDE LEAF SPRING SHACKLE AND WILL NOT PASS NY STATE INSPECTION.
