TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2015 FORD FUSION. WHILE THE VEHICLE WAS IN REVERSE, THE BACKUP CAMERA FAILED TO CONNECT. AS A RESULT, THE SCREEN DISPLAY WAS BLANK. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO DELACY FORD (3061 TRANSIT RD, ELMA, NY 14059, (716) 668-1200) WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE CAMERA NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE VEHICLE WAS PREVIOUSLY REPAIRED FOUR TIMES, BUT THE FAILURE RECURRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE, BUT DID NOT OFFER ANY ASSISTANCE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 16,000.
