Consumer Description
I WAS DRIVING MY PACIFICA AND MY GRAND DAUGHTER PUSHED THE DRIVER SIDE STOW AND GO BUTTON. THE DRIVER'S SEAT MOVED FORWARD AND CRUSHED ME AGAINST THE STEERING WHEEL. THIS FUNCTION (THE STOW AND GO) SHOULD NOT WORK WHEN THE CAR IS IN MOTION. CHRYSLER SAID THEY COULD NOT FIX THIS UNSAFE SITUATION. GASTONIA CHRYSLER JEEP DODGE RAM SAID THEY CAN NOT FIX THIS DEFECT.
