TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2015 CHRYSLER 300. WHEN THE ACCELERATOR PEDAL WAS DEPRESSED, THE VEHICLE JERKED. THE CONTACT CALLED A LOCAL DEALER (MITCHELL AUTOMOTIVE LOCATED AT 1522 US 45 WEST POINT, MS 39773) AND WAS INFORMED THAT THE REMEDY PARTS FOR THE RECALL WERE ON BACKORDER. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE RECALL DETAILS WERE NOT PROVIDED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE AND VIN WERE NOT AVAILABLE.
