SPEED CONTROL DEVICE NOT RESPONDING. JUST PURCHASED THE VEHICLE!!! ALSO I HAVE BEEN INFOMED FROM A DIAGNOSED TROUBLE CODE WITH THE FOLLOWING CODE: P0700. SHIFTING PROBLEM..SLIPPING ( FREE WHEELING).
