Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 FORD F-150. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER FOR ROUTINE MAINTENANCE WHERE IT WAS DETERMINED THAT THE LUG NUTS WERE PREMATURELY CRACKED ON ALL FOUR WHEELS. THE DEALER (BENNA FORD ROUSH SUPERIOR, 3022 TOWER AVE, SUPERIOR, WI 54880, (715) 394-8669) INSPECTED THE LUG NUTS AND INDICATED THAT THEY NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE TO DETERMINE A RECOMMENDED SOLUTION. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS NOT AVAILABLE.
