TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2005 CHEVROLET CORVETTE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE VEHICLE WAS PARKED AND UPON ATTEMPTING TO START THE VEHICLE, A WARNING MESSAGE WAS DISPLAYED OF 'STEERING COLUMN LOCKED". THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE DEALER WAS NOT CONTACTED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 21,162.
