Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2012 JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE VEHICLE FAILED TO START AND THE CHECK ENGINE WARNING LIGHT ILLUMINATED. THE FAILURE RECURRED TWICE. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE CARMAX DEALER IN BURBANK, CA WHERE THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED THAT THEY COULD NOT SERVICE THE VEHICLE DUE TO OTHERS VEHICLE THAT NEEDED TO BE SERVICED FIRST. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 66,000.
