Consumer Description

THE DRIVER SEAT BELT DOES NOT RETRACT. WHEN BUCKLED UP, THIS IS REALLY HARD (AND IT TAKES AT LEAST 30 SECONDS) TO UNFASTEN THE DRIVER SEAT BELT. I'M SCARED TO BE TRAPPED INSIDE IN CASE OF AN ACCIDENT. IT HAPPENS ALL THE TIME, NO MATTER WHERE I DRIVE, IF THE CAR IS IN MOTION OR NOT. I NOTICED THE PROBLEM 1 YEAR AGO. WHEN LOOKING ON INTERNET, I SEE THIS IS A REALLY COMMON PROBLEM.
