TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 FORD FOCUS. WHILE OPERATING THE VEHICLE, SMOKE APPEARED UNDER THE HOOD. WHILE INSPECTING THE VEHICLE, IT WAS DISCOVERED THAT COOLANT HAD LEAKED ONTO THE ENGINE FROM THE COOLANT RESERVE BOTTLE. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER (DUPHY FORD LOCATED IN PHILADELPHIA, PA), BUT NO FAILURE WAS FOUND. THE CONTACT INDICATED THAT THE FAILURE CONTINUED TO OCCUR. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 41,000.
