Consumer Description

GMC UPGRADED THE HEADLAMPS AS A "FIX" FOR THE EXTREMELY POOR SIDE AND FORWARD ILLUMINATION BY THE VEHICLE. THE "FIX" IS STILL SUCH A POOR EXCUSE FOR HEADLAMP ILLUMINATION THAT WE KEEP FROM DRIVING THE VEHICLE AT NIGHT AS A "SAFETY" REASON. THE POOR PERFORMANCE CONTINUES AND THE DEALERSHIP HAS EXHAUSTED WHAT GMC/GM IS WILLING TO DO AND IS NOT THE DEALERSHIPS PROBLEM BUT GM'S. I WOULD SEND A PHOTO OF THE POOR HEADLIGHT PERFORMANCE BUT YOU CAN'T SEE IT AS IT WAS ON A RAINY NIGHT AND THE HEADLAMPS THEN ARE EVEN WORSE. WHAT A POOR EXCUSE FOR A FIX. GMC/GM FIXED THE ISSUES IN THE 2016 AND 2017 BUT DUE TO THE COST OF REWORKING THE TRUCKS THEY SOLD IN 2014 AND 2015 THEY HIDE BEHIND THE SORRY FIX THEY MAKE THE DEALERS TRY TO MAKE THE CUSTOMERS GO AWAY.
