OCCASIONAL VERY HARD SHIFTING AT LOW SPEEDS, AROUND 25-30 MPH WHILE LIGHTLY PRESSING ON THE GAS. FEELS/SOUNDS LIKE VEHICLE BEING HIT FROM BEHIND. DEALER CAN NEVER DUPLICATE THE PROBLEM.
