TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2016 TOYOTA SIENNA EQUIPPED WITH FIRESTONE FR710 TIRES, SIZE 205/65R16. WHILE THE VEHICLE WAS PARKED, THE CONTACT HEARD AN EXPLOSION. UPON INSPECTION, THE CONTACT DISCOVERED THAT THE FRONT DRIVER SIDE TIRE EXPLODED. THE CAUSE OF THE FAILURE WAS NOT DETERMINED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE VIN WAS UNKNOWN. THE TIRE AND VEHICLE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 3,750.
