VEHICLE WAS STARTED AFTER SITTING IN A PARKING LOT FOR 8 HOURS WHILE I WAS AT WORK. SEASON WAS WINTER. VEHICLE NOTED TO BE RUNNING ROUGH, BARELY DRIVEABLE, CHECK ENGINE LIGHT ON.
