TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 DODGE DURANGO. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WATER ENTERED THE VEHICLE ASSOCIATED WITH THE SUN ROOF AND FRONT WINDSHIELD. THE DEALER WAS UNABLE TO PREVENT THE FAILURE AFTER REPLACING A SEAL. THE CONTACT WAS REFERRED TO A GLASS REPAIR SHOP WHO REPLACED THE FRONT WINDSHIELD. THE CONTACT NOTIFIED THE MANUFACTURER. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 57,000.
