Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2011 CHEVROLET CRUZE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE GEARS FAILED TO PROPERLY CHANGE OVER FROM PARK. ALSO THE VEHICLE JERKED AND STALLED SEVERAL TIMES WITHOUT WARNING. THE DEALER DIAGNOSED THAT THE TRANSMISSION NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VIN WAS NOT INCLUDED IN NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBERS: 11V273000 (POWER TRAIN) AND 16V502000 (ELECTRICAL SYSTEM, POWER TRAIN). THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS NOT AVAILABLE.
