Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2002 GMC ENVOY. WHILE DRIVING 55 MPH, THE LOW BEAM HEADLIGHTS MALFUNCTIONED AND STOPPED WORKING COMPLETELY. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE CONTACT INFORMED THE DEALER OF THE FAILURE. THE DEALER STATED THAT THE HEADLIGHTS WERE INCLUDED IN A RECALL, BUT THE CONTACT'S VIN WAS NOT INCLUDED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 180,000.
